The Yass Valley area is currently the 6th fastest growth area in NSW for a few very good reasons. While you can enjoy the community and space of country living we are only a 45 minute commute to Canberra. Only three hours drive to Sydney, the coast or the snow, we are also very central to outer NSW and the Hume highway to Melbourne.

While Yass Valley has traditionally ridden on the sheeps back known for producing fine wool, we are fortunate to have a growing and diverse wine industry.
