The informal dining area is spacious with sparkling white ceramic floor tiles flowing through to the TV room, laundry and kitchen. RCAC and wood heating provided.

Adjoining the stables are the old carriage rooms which have been converted to a three car garage with timber loft added. There is also another four care drive in garage.
The two shop premises are currently lease and managed as one, and retain their original charm. The current lease has 2 years to run, with the option of another five: the rent is indexed to CPI.
